Once you’ve moved in, be sure to check in for On Iowa!. Feel free to bring your parents because there will be a parent hospitality area with staff on hand to answer any questions they may have. There is an optional Parent Coffee Hour from 10 a.m. to noon Wednesday and Thursday, where parents can hobnob with the UI Dean of Students and other UI administrators and staff, and if you’re thinking about joining a sorority or fraternity, there’s a parent session about that on Wednesday and Thursday, too. Student check-in is required
All students must check in for On Iowa! prior to the first small group meeting on Friday, August 17.

At check-in you’ll get your:

• Group assignment
• On Iowa! student leader name
• Small group meeting location
• A detailed On Iowa! schedule and handbook
• Parking pass (if you live off campus)
• Class of 2016 t-shirt
• Free stuff!

Living On Campus

Residence Hall move in begins on Wednesday, August 15, you are assigned to a day and time to move into your room.  Once you are settled, you should check in to On Iowa!.

Living Off Campus

You are welcome to come directly to the On Iowa Check-In location.
