Outdoor yoga classes will help you fulfill a lifelong journey towards optimal health. The goal is to help participants gain a sense of vitality and overall well-being in life. These classes will help improve posture, strength, flexibility, balance and even attitude. Classes are for all levels, so come join us. Bring your yoga mat as they will not be provided! A towel would also work great!

In-Person Safety Guidelines: No equipment needed. Masks worn by participants until activity starts. Use of yoga mat or bath towel will help participants maintain 6-feet social distancing. Volunteer staff and session instructor (Rec Services Staff) will monitor participation numbers (under 50).
