Mindfulness 101: Working With Our Busy Mind

The transition to college brings a range of feelings: excitement, confusion, eagerness, anxiety, and maybe even some homesickness. If you’re interested in an introduction to a potentially new and useful way of working with thoughts and feelings, come join us for an introduction to mindfulness. This one-hour workshop will introduce participants to the idea of mindfulness, provide plenty of time to practice the skills, and learn how to build on this introduction.
