Self CAREnival is a fun, carnival themed event featuring games and challenges focused on self-care and mental wellness, to prepare you for a successful first semester! This event is hosted by the Embedded Therapists in University Housing and Dining, and a variety of campus partners will also be present to join in the fun. There will be lots of great prizes and giveaways, and like any good carnival, cotton candy and snow cones!
