•    

Provide a photo ID
•    Drink plenty of fluids and have a good meal before you donate
•    Be free of cold or flu symptoms for five days
•    Bring a list of the medications you take
•    Bring a list of the places and dates you have traveled outside the U.S. within the last three years
•    Be at least 17 years old or 16 years old with signed parent/guardian consent.
•    Weigh at least 110 pounds
